The backyard has space for a garden, raspberries and five fruit trees lining the fence, and strawberries and other perennial plants. Both front and back have automatic sprinklers as well as a drip system for the flower beds.

There is a playhouse / swingset in the backyard.

Lots of snow and lots of neighborhood friends. Everyone helps each other keep driveways and sidewalks cleared.

It's a quiet street.

And just a few houses away from the park.

There are wood floors in the kitchen and dining areas, and carpet in the bedrooms.

The master bedroom is split from the other bedrooms.

Plenty of natural light.
